We’ve secured a significant scope of work and are now forming additional teams across civil construction, operations, and project delivery.

This is not a single role intake. We are recruiting across multiple positions to support both immediate works and upcoming projects.

Current Opportunities in the Pilbara’s Civil Construction Industry

Site Supervisor
Lead crews across civil and earthworks scopes, driving productivity, safety, and site outcomes.

Project Engineer
Support planning, scheduling, reporting, and technical delivery across civil and construction projects.

HSE Advisor
Support site teams with safety systems, compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Loader Operator
Operate heavy machinery, primarily Cat 950 loaders. Move materials, perform routine machinery checks and assist team on-site.

Excavator Operator
Operate 24T, 32T Long Reach and 36T excavators to deliver precise and efficient earthworks.

Water Cart Operator
Operate water carts to control dust on haul roads and work areas, support road maintenance, and maintain safe site conditions.

MC Driver
Operate multi-combination heavy vehicles to safely transport equipment, materials, or bulk loads between our sites.

HR/Service Truck Operator
Operate multi-combination heavy vehicles to safely transport equipment, materials, or bulk loads between sites.

Work Types & Rosters

We are currently offering:

  • FIFO roles from Perth to the Pilbara
  • 2:1 rosters across multiple positions
  • Project and contract-based opportunities (including 6-month scopes)
  • Immediate mobilisation

Some positions offer additional benefits such as meals, accommodation and a company vehicle.
