Current Opportunities in the Pilbara’s Civil Construction Industry

Site Supervisor

Lead crews across civil and earthworks scopes, driving productivity, safety, and site outcomes.

Project Engineer

Support planning, scheduling, reporting, and technical delivery across civil and construction projects.

HSE Advisor

Support site teams with safety systems, compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement.

MC Driver

Operate multi-combination heavy vehicles to safely transport equipment, materials, or bulk loads between our sites.

Loader Operator

Operate heavy machinery, primarily Cat 950 loaders. Move materials, perform routine machinery checks and assist team on-site.

Excavator Operator

Operate 24T, 32T Long Reach and 36T excavators to deliver precise and efficient earthworks.

Water Cart Operator

Operate water carts to control dust on haul roads and work areas. Support site safety and road maintenance.

HR/Service Truck Operator

Operate multi-combination heavy vehicles to safely transport equipment, materials, or bulk loads between sites.

Work Types & Rosters

We are currently offering:

  • FIFO roles from Perth to the Pilbara
  • 2:1 rosters across multiple positions
  • 8:6 roster for HSE Advisor role
  • Project and contract-based opportunities
  • Immediate mobilisation
