Project Scope
Minor Earthworks, Concreting & Grouting

Project Execution

Site Preparation:
- Leveling the area and installing a spoon drain.
- Importing and compacting 60 tonnes of roadbase material for site facilities.
Excavation and Utilities:
- Hydro-excavating to locate underground services.
- Excavating existing surface and removing to spoil.
- Compacting the foundation and pouring concrete blinding.
Foundation and Pedestal Installation:
- Installing new footings with steel reinforcement.
- Installing new pedestals with steel reinforcement, anchor bolts, and earthing bonds.
- Removing formwork, backfilling, and compacting with Type A – Select Fill material.
Finishing Touches:
- Supplying and installing bollards.
- Scabbling concrete for grouting.
- Tidying the work area and ensuring proper drainage.
